IN-HOUSE SHIPPING:
For your convenience, in-house shipping is available for coins, jewelry, and sterling. Please note a $10 handling fee is added to the cost of shipping. Additionally, all shipments require full insurance and signature required.
THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING (UPS STORES):
For items that cannot be shipped by us, SebastianCharles will facilitate shipping through one of our two UPS affiliates. For a shipping quote, please contact us at bid@sebastiancharles.com or by phone at 612-280-1377. Items are usually shipped within 2 weeks of auction close. If you’d like to use your own shipping provider please notify us no later than 2 days post auction.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:
We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs an item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. All shipments must be fully insured/declared at their full purchase price. The recipient is responsible for any and all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. International shipments are a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by SebastianCharles.
